    best of luck with that too, never had physio to be honest, wasn't the sporty type as a kid and have managed not to hurt myself in the hym and running as an adult.

    Hows everyone this morning.

    I need some help. There's this American guy calling over to Cork Friday evening and I must do a bit of work with him over the weekend. As far as I know it's just him and me. I'll need to keep him entertained however.

    Any suggestions on good places to go for meal in the evenings and maybe a few pints?

    Well there's plenty of Irish bars around, sober lane and barrys, the roundy.
    I'd say Amicus for food on Paul Street would also be nice cos you're nice and central, plenty of people passing and nice atmosphere.
