    Something about sandwiches

So he died in 1945 in Germania, and in 1970 they dug his bones up and cremated them?
Why did it take that long? Also, how come the KGB could just waltz in and dig him up?

Definately right not to reveal the location, last thing we want is a shrine to a man who created so much devistation, destruction and death in so many different lands.

    *Chough* Jerusalem *Chough*

although the devistation, destruction and death and such was caused by fighting for ownership of it... but yeah...

Hitler's Bunker was situated in what was to become East Berlin and therefore controlled by the Soviets so the KGB could do what they liked it was in their jurisdiction.

Also is this thread immune to Godwin's law as Hitler actually was a Nazi?

I heard about the cremation years ago ... I thought it was common knowledge.

But in reality the Fuhrer escaped to Paraguay where he began the process of creating a new master race and Fourth Reich! And he also took up chinchilla farming.

    but yeah what?

you put forward a point and then contradict it straight away....

was there really much point putting it forward in the first place?

Wasn't there rumours of this being the case a few years back? If true, he's definitely right not to reveal the location imo.

As far as I can tell over the years on After Hours, most newspapers are frowned upon.

    Daily Mail
    The Sun
    The Mirror
    The Guardian
    The Independent
    The Herald
    Sunday World
News Of The World .. etc etc

Seems to me that most newspapers these days are in the business of sensationalizing stories and rarely present the bare facts to the reader, as indeed they should.

So I tend to keep my hate for specific journalists like Paul Williams, Richard Littlejohn, Jan Moir etc, rather than just direct hatred and skepticism at an entire Newspaper like The Sun.

Although, I can understand Liverpool fans doing so.

Seriously, the Daily Mail is the worst by a long shot, the crap they print and the slant in every story is actually unbelivable. The rest of them can be hit and miss, but I've never had a problem with anything from the Guardian.

That's why it's top of the list ;)

the town is practically a shrine used as worship to a guy, the guy wasn't known for killing off a load of people and dragging alot of countries into a war, but it was done in his name for that shrine... is what I meant by "but yeah..."

I wasn't arguing a point and Iamxavier seemed to recognise that... so I'm not going to carry on trying to argue a point I wasn't trying to make...

Woah. In terms of deaths it's pretty much like this:

    Stalin >>> Hitler >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Saddam

    tbh.

then what the hell was it then if it wasnt a point? you used it to compare it (ludicrously i might add, which you basically admit to) to another situation, seems like point making to me.
