Within 2 kg of body weight bench,
So just need to get weight down to a nearest 2.5kg, or press the one above

Next bench goal? 100kg won't happen soon

also, my form is ****, suggestions to improve stability, was thinking a few weeks of DB presses or low weight, steady, for high reps on the oly bar

I saw lat work recommended for this.
    I kid you not.
Gives you a more stable base to press off.

Someone with a bench to speak of might throw some light on here?

    um... do i count??

Upper back and lats are nearly more important than the pressing exercise itself.

You want a big bench get a big row.

If you want specifics you could video yourself, or describe how it is you are failing.

T-bar rows and weighted dips helped me last year a bit. Good luck with it.

Never seen them, the wholemeal ones I did see were mainly white flour too. If they are 36g and 3g protein and 5g carbs, I am wondering WTF is the remaining weight made up of? Some will be water/moisture and some fat but it seems very odd.

Best bet might be health food shops or those healthy food or gluten free sections in supermarkets.

EDIT found info on those tortillas. It is listed in the US way, so really 7g carbs, 4g of which is fibre.
7g carbs, 5g protein, 3g fat, less than 1g salt, so the rest must be water. Strange.

    Possibly fibre?

Yes, just edited that post, still only some fibre, still apparently over 50% water.

Mysupermarket is a good site for real info

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/tesco-price-comparison/Speciality_Breads/Old_El_Paso_Soft_Tortilla_Wraps_6.html

    el paso tortillas
    Protein 8.7 g
    Carbohydrate 51.1 g
    Fat 11.7 g

Oh I see. That's even weirder if the fibre is already accounted for.

Its odd, I've no doubt they are all kinds of bad for me, but the ones i listed are about 3g's of net carbs; would come in very handy on some occasions.. Particularly today.

When lifting close to 1RM or failure on normal sets (70-80% 1RM)
When I drop the bar, it veers back as I press it up, towards my head/the rack. So the path for the bar is overly curved instead of straight up.
I didn't know it was that bad until the guy spotting my 1RM pointed it out (he's was a PT on his break). He said i'm wasting energy gettign the bar up the long way around.

I seen low carb wraps in the shop here (sydney), i'll get the brand and ingredients for you if I see them again.
Old el paso do a light wrap, cals are ok, but still carb/white flour dominated.

I'm gonna drop down to 60% for two weeks and concentrate on getting my shoulder blades and traps.
I noticed that when it come to the last two or so, my form falls apart and I'm just thinking get the fcuking bar up.

Also, 100 BW squats after a regular squat set = serious DOMs today
