I dont think its that clear, how much force is required for it to be rape? What if the victim is forced to submit but then does what they are told?

if they say no. it is rape.

Ill have to remember next time my gf comes home late and doesn't want to take no for an answer its justifiable for me to kill her!

.....no, its justifiable for HER to kill YOU, that's what they're saying :D

Just having read through this it seems like some people think that if someone says no then its rape and if its rape then you are 100% justified in killing the attacker.

If someone says no and the other person doesn't take no for an answer, it is rape.

Not much force is needed to rape someone. If you tell someone you will kill them or their family unless they comply and they do comply, it is still rape.

I wonder when we'll see the first Personal Injury claim being awarded to a rapist after being mutilated by this device...

Not that he wouldn't deserve it, but I think a woman using something like that is er, leaving herself open to legal ramifications.

Also, if it damages the attacker, and enrages him, what to say he won't just beat the pulp out of the 'victim'?

..of course if my missus says no to sex.. i generally wait until shes asleep..

That falls under the "if a tree falls in the woods and nobody is there to hear it does it make a sound"

In South Africa? Chances of a rapist getting a chance to sue is quite low I would think! Over here they would probably be allowed tbh.

I am thinking the pure shock value of having barbs stick into your penis will give the victim a chance to escape, the rapist isn't gonna be running very far with that around his knob TBH.

Also, I would make an ammendment to the design if I could. Up around where the bell end is I would put in a few barbs that will take care of the area by the banjo string...huge cluster of nerves right there and will bleed like a mofo.

Also the rapeaxe thing, i think this is a moronic invention. Id say the ratio of murders or extreme violence in rape to "non violent" rapes would rise if a lot of women were using them.

This is the second time I have seen the phrase "non-violent rape" in this thread. There is no such thing.

tbh it's probably not phrased the best, but I'm sure he just meant it as opposed to extreme violence in rape, where someone's life is at risk.

Rape by coersion with threats is non-violent, but still rape TBH.

    of course it is.

this i guess would be a non-violent rape.

edit: where did that go

To think that someone could possibly even have to ask that question.....the mind boggles. It's actually sad that you think it might be ok, and not considered rape if the victim 'does what they are told'.

the police will be dealing with cases of murder rather than rape if this thing comes into use
