 But I've enjoyed the buzz at the end, and the fact that I'm getting out there and seeing results. The C25k plan is great that way. Even if you find it tough some mornings/ evenings you're still improving your fitness all the time! Which makes you feel good about yourself. On Week 6 of the program I didn't think I was able for it long-term but then felt great on Week 7.

 all i can say is its  a great programme, counts down the time on the screen displays time used and time remaining. whatever programme you use , the end result will be the Same... a whole herd of us gazelle like humans beating along the roads, trim fit and lookin GOOD
