Had Business Paper 1 today - I failed without a doubt

Even Paper 2 won't be able to bring me up to anything near a good grade, a pass maybe.

That's one I subject I know I definitely won't do next year.

French - D Fairly disappointed but a lot failed...
Tech Graph - C Delighted thought I'd failed it seeing as I was sick and bearly done a thing...

Irish HL - 69% - C
Spanish HL - 78% - B

Ok, I have 4 so far and I will be getting at least one more tomorrow.

Irish (HL) - 69% - C - I'm happy with this, Irish is my worst subject really.

CSPE (HL) - 71% - B - I left out a bit in the exam by mistake.

French (HL) - 59% - C - I would have gotten a high B if it weren't for the damn listening. :mad:
Science (HL) - 86% - A - Delighted

Got two results today:

Tech Graph - 75% (B) Really happy with it, up from a C in OL from premocks.
CSPE - 93% (A) Also happy with this!

Got 2 back today;
Science - 84% (Highest in class

Would have gotten an A, we haven't done much of physics)
Geography - 67%

:(:o My lowest and probably the worst

Finally they have started to come back:
English - 82%:D delighted with that

Business - 84.5% I really really wanted that half percent, would have gotten me an A

Science - 90% over the moon with that because half the class failed

Religion - 62% highest in the class was 65%:eek:It was marked really really hard and if the answer you gave was not exactly what the had on the marking scheme you weren't getting the marks.2 people in my class got no marks at all for the last question worth 70 marks and I got none for 2 that I wrote the exact same words as the book had used:mad:

That business is just being mean but it would round up to an A anyway. Well done on the Science and English. Class results.

We got our last two back today:

C.S.P.E.--94%
Spanish--73% (highest was 74% in my class)

It turns out I got the only A in my science class.

History - 77% - B - I'm quite happy with this because we haven't done any Irish History yet?

Maths Paper 1 - 79% - B
Maths Paper 2 - 69% - C
Maths Average - 74% - B - I'm happy with this because my maths teacher reckons everyone in our class can go up by 15 - 25% with an average of +20%, so if I can manage that I'll end up with an A.

Two more results today:

French - 67% We're changing some of the marks though because the correcting was really strange.We still not finished it all and I need 11 marks to get a B and so far I've got 8 so I need to get one more question right out of the last 3 questions.

History - 96%:D got the exact same as one of my friends.We could hardly stay in our seats we were so delighted.Our whole class did really well.

I can't believe it! I was sure I was going to get a C/D in Business, but I ended up getting 83%?! 81% in P1 & 86% in P2.

Really happy with my results so far apart from Irish.

Wow! Well done. I actually couldn't possibly get 96% in History, my teacher is way too bad.

Nice DKZ as well. A lot of people found the Business very hard in my school. I was the only A and the next highest was 78% or something.

Our history teacher is really good.She gives us loads of notes so we never learn anything from the book we only use it for questions and reading stuff.If anyone wants some of the notes, just ask and I'll try to post them in the notes thread that I haven't bothered posting in for ages even though I started it:o

Ony Irish, geography, cspe and maths left to get now.

My teacher does nothing but read the book, no explanations and moves on. Then at the start of each class she does a summary of the last class but which is still no more detailed than the book. :mad:

Here's what I'm guessing -
CSPE - A
Music - B
Geography - B
French - A
English - C
Irish - C
Business - C
Maths - D
Science - E
History - D

They're all higher level, but if I do as bad as I think I did in Maths, then I'm moving to pass for that.

Jack, my science teacher's a bit like that. She's like the soundest teacher in the school though. But it's really kinda my fault for being so crap at science, I study it but I still do crap, can't get it (I kinda like the biology part of it though). It's also our book's fault. Half the stuff on our pres isn't in that book.

If you even have a chance of an E at JC in Higher Maths, do Higher Maths.
Keep your options open for LC.

I was recommended to drop down to ordinary maths when I've never gotten lower than a C in an exam... I was pretty much told I wasn't able but my mother decided differently and after a few words at a parent teacher meeting that changed...
