In first year, my Geography teacher was class. It was his last year before retiring (:() but in the summer exam he included questions such as "What is the best football club?" and "Which is the best county of Ireland?" He supported Spurs and was from Clare. :pac:

Haha! :pac: Got an A I'm guessing

I once failed a christmas religion exam which had questions like
What is your favourite song & why
Draw what you think god would look like
And kind of personal questions... :(

Ugh, I hate those kind of questions that you can't study for, that you have to come up with something yourself. Like drawing posters in CSPE and advertisments in Business.. I just can't do it, I have the imagination of a frying pan. :(

Yeah they're annoying. I never pick the poster question even though it's probably easier..

You got your results already? I thought they were all being sent off to be corrected?

By the way, I had Music yesterday, easy enough. I had Maths Paper 1 (impossible) and English Paper 1 (piss easy) today. I have a feeling I'm gonna have to move down to pass maths after this...

    Yup!

WTF is up with that religion test? Does "personal questions" imply what I think it implies? Paedophile!

All I know is that so far we've been getting DEB papers (the ones with the barcode).
I have a feeling I'll fail this paper, especially theorems :pac: Anyone get the really difficult ones? Like... past theorem 6?
If you haven't done your Maths Paper 2 yet, I think I have the same ones as you, they have bar codes but no ticks or anything so there not examcraft.
I've only just started my pres, had Maths Paper 1 and English Paper 1 today and my teacher told me theorem
    10
is coming up on Paper 2 on the co-ordinate geometry question I think
(it's the theorem that goes "In a right angle triangle, the square of the length of the side opposite the right angle is equal to the sum of the squares of the lengths of the other two sides")
. She only told us because we haven't done any theorems, and she couldn't expect us to learn all 10 in 2 days :P.

I wonder if you would have been docked marks for leaving the page blank (Infinitely more thought out than drawing a bearded man anyway.......)

I don't actually know my Religion teacher corrects things in mysterious ways! Maybe I should have drew him that'd get me full marks :pac:
I got 2/10 for it and I drew the sun... Well a yellow ball :(

I didn't mean to sound condesending. I was just saying that some people don't understand maths at all and have to do foundation level, etc.

Ya, it was. I only got 91% on it!:pac: Got 92% on paper 1 so they balanced to 91.5% which my teacher rounded to 92%.

The majority who do foundation maths couldn't be bothered. My best friend is in it and she really just does not try but I know she's well able for at least ordinary...

    I'll guess that I'll get around 60% area. I'd be delighted with a high C or a B....

Got Business back today - 81% :D I think highest in the class :D:D
English, Irish and Geography are back but they had just come back when English class was on and she had to total the two papers and my Irish teacher says she's not giving them back until Monday  and Geography is tomorrow so hopefully I'll get it back.
Can't wait for English. And Maths although paper 2 went terrible because I didn't get it finished but I'm good at maths so it'll be alright I hope :)

Well, as we're all starting/have started our mocks this month, we can discuss our exams here.

No asking for answers/what papers you got/what came up, it against JC charter rules!

Good luck to those of you who have started!
