    Day three, it is. I'm on the edge, twitching like Tweek from South Park.
    I have to get through today, it's gonna be the toughest I bet.
    Feckin' pub to watch the match later, I'm not gonna drink to make it easier...

    In fitness related news. Tabata is a beast! Try it with front squats!

    man, do keep it up! Im an on / off smoker but been off em since Jan 4th or 5th and its pretty ok now. I reckon if I was pissed I might end up having one, but fingers crossed

    good idea; making protein jelly to bring to college with me.
    bad idea; adding apple fibre to the jelly; sinks to the bottom and floats on top-grainy. :( Not the worst thing I've ever tasted but definitely could be better.

    But would you say that to his face ;)

    I was wondering if he would do a short ROM on purpose, to try and mimic armwrestling movements. There was another armwrestler recommending close neutral grip weighted pullups.

    I know you cant spot reduce fat but why do you lose fat of different parts of your body more quickly than others? Why when the belly reduces are you still left with love handles?

    Also you're a man, which means you store fat initially around your lower back. Conversely that means that lower back/lurve handle fat is last to go too.

    I wish my fat storage patterns worked like that.

    By the time i have visible abs, i can still pinch over an inch of fat on my glutes, have loads of fat on my legs and my face looks so gaunt i look ill :mad:
