@lazyfingers - try running 10 miles on country roads and trails with a headlamp and you wont complain then about a little darkness in the morning!!

Ahhh and dude, I'm entering my first race on St Patricks Day, 5 miles. And then a 10KM on the 5th of May! I'm keepin' a food log, instead of a training log for it though haha. No carbs again!

Seems like someone collapsed and died in WW Leopardstown this evening. They couldn't identfiy the poor guy so every man in the gym had to i.d. their locker so the staff could find his bag by a process of elimination.
