    thats the plan anyway! ive gotten a bit fatter :P both times ive tried it on was after food tho, i didnt have any weight so it could abeen in my head

    Unfortunately I had to leave after the squat so I didn't see your bench and deadlift. You are obviously a natural deadlifter - you have the right build for it.

    cheers pavel! i was actually disappointed with 397.5 tbh, i really wanted the 400! theres always nationals for a goal of 420 :) the deadlifts where insane, i had no clue going in today how drained id be from sitting around and warming up, i was doing every technique in the book trying to phyche myself up :D

    well heres how smolov would look for me for the base meso, tying in 5/3/1 to a program thats already 4 days a week seems a bit hectic. Planning this is gonna be hard....

    Base meso: Monday Wednesday Friday Sat

    Think i may just stick with 5.3.1 and a do coan philipi into the nationals. ive just updated my cycle and this friday im planned to squat for reps a heavier weight than ive ever done!

    All opinions welcome on cleans, i forgot my oly shoes and jumping in dcs was weird, couldnt get my timing right, was also harder without hanley there giving me the cues as i go along, but i think i did ok.

    as evident, i recalibrated my mp max to 60kg, as in the last 5 months , the only thing thats changed is how low i bring the bar, from now on, bar has to touch my chest or it doesnt count, end of.
