    I know the feeling.

    I was out of the gym for the last week and a half with a cold (didn't want to spread it round the gym.), and did precious little at home either :o.

    Back to gym earlier and back into my strong lifts 5x5 routine. Not looking forward to the DOMS I know I will have tomorrow :rolleyes:

    fist heavy weights session since christmas last night. i think i over did it though cos I cant walk today and stairs are a f*****g nightmare :rolleyes:

    im not touching a drop of alcohol until next weekend at the soonest, I (stupidly) went to the gym at 10am this morning after about four hours sleep, Id say I was still half twisted cos I dont remember what I did there, except it wasnt much, getting too old for this :(

    I won't be drinking too much for a while, want to get the best value out of the next coupla weeks. Been off college about two weeks and have managed to get my sleeping pattern back to sleeping from 7/8 am. Bloody ridiculous.

    i have to ring the ****ers nearly every day in work for technical support, you spend about 15 minutes spelling out your name and location and just as your about to tell them the problem the f*****s hang up! rinse and repeat, edit, i think I saw a dell bashing thread here a while back, must go and add to it :mad:

    I work for Carphone Warehouse, and whenever we ring 3 customer care, it's the same thing. I find the best way to deal with it is to put on a deep Scottish accent and really confuse them... Oh the many characters I've created on calls to 3 Customer Care... :P
