Haven't taken money out at the ATM in over a week, very proud of that. At this rate I'll almost have half my college fees saved. Just have to find another grand and a half from somewhere!

A little too well it seems. There's a reason I'm bored this year ya know. :pac: Thank Christ for the few thousand hours of DVDs and stuff on my external harddrive I haven't watched yet or I'd probably be getting some silicone for the kitchen doorframes. Not sure how well that would work with an electric oven though. :pac:

No one ever tells you about the dark underbelly of squats. I think squats should come with a warning.

WARNING: Jeans may never fit you properly again due to your new gigantic ass and thighs.

    :pac:

Try domino's current 30 quid meal deal and 4 sides instead of two she sent down by accident. :pac: I'm just hoping squats don't make my arse any bigger, already down to two pairs of Jeans and can't find any more that fit that I can afford. :(

Since it's the off-topic thread I suppose here's as good a place as any to ask, does anyone know anywhere to get cheap, properly big clothes? Plain stuff like, T-shirts, hoodies etc. Most XXL clothes on this side of the Atlantic are useless and the few that do fit only do so until they're washed. :pac:

    Penneys man!!

No chance, their XXL top half stuff doesn't work and their jeans are useless. Their 42 will just fit but they haven't had them for ages in either of the ones in Dundalk or the one in Newry.

    Fock Newry.. try Mary Street..

H&M have a plus size too and stuff is decent.

There is a plus size shop on Thomas Street but I can't think of the name!!

Yeah they have a really wierd fit: if you have any sort of V shape they are super tight on top and then just hang wierdly.

I actually really REALLY like the fit of their t-shirts. I've never found a better fitting tee than their Osaka line. It's just perfect!!

Haven't worn any of their shirts tho so can't comment. Which brings me on to my next point... I want a fitted shirt that actually fcuking fits!!! Not one that fits my shoulders and not my body. Even like XL "fitted" shirts don't do the job.

I was asked today were my legs getting bigger...

After walking around in uncomfortable jeans in the sales for two hours the other day I snapped and bought a pair of cargo pants in fat face. I have been wearing them since. They're a revelation in crotch-roominess.

Don't get me started on skinny jeans!

Edit - I buy short slim fit T M Lewin shirts. Fit me much better than anything else. According to every other shirt maker my arms are too short for my neck.

I'll have to try the t-shirts, I tried the shirts and it just didn't work. Someone was telling me there's a place near the Fitzwilliam that does nice fitted shirts for a reasonable price.

im not sure if its the squatting or the fact ive just been bulking like crazy but ive had to throw out two pairs of jeans, fckin expensive ones, one pair looked like leather on me and the other pair ripped when i bent over..

It's a serious pain in the ass, half of my shirts look bet on at the back, cant tie my laces for fear of ripping them.

    Never saw this done before.

The heel hang is a brutal isometric contraction of the hamstrings in which you fight to hold yourself up from the downward pull of gravity. Similar to a glute ham raise, this exercise develops the posterior chain in ways that very few exercises can. By increasing the strength in the posterior chain, you will improve your leg power for jumping and sprinting.

Warning - Do not perform this exercise on a bar that is more than a few inches taller than a height at which you can reach the ground with your hands in the exercise position.

You could self assist yourself with rings at the right level.
