Made in japan was advised at 16/1, a Tom Segal tip

I actually got the 16's. Seems too good to be true though, since it would recover the 13 points I am down this week and give me a profit.......

It was ominous when Chelsea Harbour suddenly drifted by 2 full points just before the off. Thats when I felt my money was gone. That is becoming a trend recently. They get backed all morning and then it looks like someone in the know jumps in and lays all the prices.

have usually been doing them mid point guranteed profit but those iriish selections 20/1 into 11/2 SP a while back the 5000+ GBP potential profit was too tempting to resist so i only layed to cover initial stake.
    Of course both finished 2nd..
About cumulative total of 2 lengths away from 10,000 GBP profit

judging by the racingposts most backed horses on that day bookie would have been looking at a 4 million payout if the horse had won...i wonder if that one horse could have broke them??
theres was at least 2500 bets on

Its odd that this one has been matched for about £13.5k and the "favourite" has only been matched for £1300. The layers are happy to take it on at around 7.4 but wont go more than 4.9 the fav.

Hugh Taylor had a 25/1 (advised) winner with Doric Lady at Lingfield yesterday as well as an EW on 33/1 (advised) Hold Em - 3rd in Saturday's big chase.

Time is of the essence with Hugh's tips, because the prices have often shortened by half within 10-20 minutes of the tips being available.

So any takers for my automatic texting service for Hugh Taylor's tips?!

If you look back through the Hugh Taylor thread you will find there is a lot of doubt as to whether he actually makes a profit or not. He also has long losing streaks. Last month he gave 30 consecutive losers and 15 or 20 losers isnt unusual for him. I dont know how anyone could afford to follow him or even why they would want to. I like your idea though, but I just dont think Hugh Taylor is the way.

with hugh taylor you need to get the advised all the time and have a huge bankroll cause if at SP prices you nearly always in the red.

Yeah I see now there is a Hugh Taylor thread, but my post still belongs here because I'm trying to find someone who has access to Tom's PW tips!

I think the stats speak for themselves: 415 points up over 8 months. OK, so some months he has had only 20 points profit, which probably works out as a loss at SP. But, if you take the average SP as half his advised price, you are still looking at 207 Pts profit. Not amazing, but a profit nontheless. You've got to be in it over the long run. I know about his 30 tips without a winner, probably his worst run ever, but I also remember Tom going on a long losing streak too. Don't get me wrong, I rate Tom above Hugh, which is why I want to get his tips!

I noticed a trend the last few weeks where the losers tend to drift after the initial flood of bets. Raise your Heart and Silverhand are both in this category at the minute on betfair. Lucky at last is holding steady for small money. Its a little early, but any that have drifted just before the off have lost. I will keep an eye on it.

Both easy to back at the advised price on Betfair............. and both beaten.

Raise your Heart is steadying up again........... good sign
Silverhand is drifting .................................... bad sign
