Usually between 5-7 hours sleep. Once I wake up, that's it, can't get back to sleep. Don't know when I last had 10+ hours sleep.

Wish I was like that, I could wake up, find out the entire world's population has swine flu, get shot in the arse, find out Lisbon got a no, try and chase flying monkeys playing drums around the house, meet 4 supermodels and get all their numbers, yet if all this happened within 15 minutes of me getting up I'd have no problem crawling back into bed and sleeping. Really annoying as sometimes my body clock does it's best to stop me sleeping past 12 yet it's easily overridden.

I need around 8 hours in bed a night, maybe 5 or 6 of them sleeping. It takes me ages to get to sleep, at least an hour, sometimes 3 or 4 depending on how tired I am. Usually just listen to music til I drift off.

I know someone that can help you.

But she's going to need a razor and a pair of gloves. :pac:

Sleep is very precious to me. I never get enough. Working silly shifts doesnt help much either. I would say that I do my best to get 8 hours but might only get 6. I usually find it tough to get to sleep. Can take a few hours for that. Nothing worse than lying in bed with a racing mind!

If i am lucky about 4 hours a night,a lot of the time it can be anything as little as 2-3 hours.
