    So they have databases of what everyone's job is. Fair enough.

    Either they have the vaccines of different doses prepared in the exact order that people will come in to take them, so that all the people with desirable jobs will receive the safe does, and all the people with irrelevant jobs will get the killer dose, and they somehow know what order everyone will come in and can ensure that doctors and nurses will give them out correctly...

    OR

    every doctor is in on it.

    Both of these are ridiculous.
