    Nice work OP.

I also saw a vision of absolute beauty the other day. Unfortunately I was in the car with my 8 and a half month pregnant wife and my 2 daughters - one of whom had her 2 fingers in her nose - the other had spilled apple juice down her top and was crying at the top of her lungs.
The wife was complaining about her swollen ankles and how she has heartburn from she gets up in the morning until she goes to bed at night.

I looked out the window at the beauty and I saw the look of pity in her eyes as she clapped her eyes on me.

    I looked shamefully ahead.

    Ah that's really sweet OP!

Don't feel stupid about it, sure it's goofy but it's a really nice thing to do aswell. I remember a guy walking over to me once and he said that he just wanted to say I was absolutely beautiful. No cheesy lines, no asking for my number, no leering, sleazing etc.. just a lovely compliment. I think it was so nice because he didn't wait around to try it on and he wasn't doing it to chance his arm or anything. He just said what he wanted to say and walked on. Definately the nicest compliment I've gotten (because he didn't have an agenda for which I needed to be 'wooed')

So feel very good tonight coz you probably made her smile! :D

    FYP.
Go on, that's what you really wanted to say.
    :P ;)

But really, leave the OP alone, what he did was very sweet!

The word "love" is the most abused word in the English language.

I don't presume you look like a man, just that very few straight men would act that way ;) :P

Similar thing actually happened to me OP.

Was walking in Phoenix Park about 2 years ago. It was a cool Summer's day.. the sun was singing and the birds were shining. The dog excrement was shinier than normal, dogs were out walking their people and everything just felt pleasant.

I spotted a gorgeous girl in the distance and knew this was a moment I'd to step up and tell this stunning woman how much I adored her.

Told her how I felt.. that she was the most gorgeous girl in the world. I lay at her feet and told her how I'd climb rivers to find her and swim mountains in order to get to her. And that she was absolutely perfect and I'd spent every morning for the rest of my life cherishing her, adoring her and keep telling myself how lucky I am. She looked at me and smiled and whispered in my ear "it's not meant to be but someday somewhere we'll meet again and maybe things will be different". She walked away and I stood there heartbroken.. that I could reveal so much to this girl only to have her tear me apart..

.. so I hit her with my car.

    Smarmy bitch deserved it!

She deserved it. How many guys would swim mountains for love?

Edit - Oh and OP. No, just no! If you did it just to compliment someone, pick someone who needs it. She's probably sick of guys telling her she's beautiful. If you just want to make someones day pick someone who's not a 12.
If you did it in the hope of getting any then for godsake don't do what you did!

She was a 12 out of 10 so I doubt a randomer saying she was beautiful made her smile. Now pull up in a Porsche 911, 'accidently' drop a roll of €500's and say what you said then you might get to see those pearly whites ;)

In that situation Amy Winehouse would look attractive!!

I noticed this girl kept staring at me, I found her to be very very attractive, I kept catching her out, so I said **** it, wrote my number on a piece of paper and asked her to give me a text if she wanted to meet for a drink or something... Never done it before, probably won't ever do it again :P
