Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

22 cent coin is a dud.

one of the 2 euro coins and a 1 euro are fakes.

What other fake coins can you see?

There is no such thing as a 22 cent coin. :D

Ok, have a look at the 2 euro on the right hand side, the text euro on the coin is wrong.
On the 1 euro the base of the number 1 is missing.

    Re the coins game

The gold coin to the right of the 10 c coin at the top is smaller than the ten cent coin, even though the ten cent coin is the smallest gold coin in the set.

Not everyone gets through to the studio.

From what he has been saying there is a certain open line they are waiting for.

€14.69 was the given answer. No explanation was offered as to how it was worked out.

    I can't get the 69cent without counting the 22cent.

No it was €15.19 that was the solution to the coin game

Heh, nah I called in last week because there was a countdown timer on and foolishly thought that when she said "We have to wrap this up before the timer runs out" that she meant "We have to wrap this up before the timer runs out."

heres my proposed solution for wednesday night thursday morning coin game. I'm sorry I can't figure out how to imbed the image properly.
    1. Coin too small
    2. Map wrong
    3. 22 cent coin
    4. Bottom missing from 1
    5. Globe not oriented correctly

I could be wrong as what I found most difficult about this puzzle is that my Standard definition television didn't display the image at a high enough resolution. It was only with the answer and working back was I able to solve it. Even then I could be wrong.

Strange they didnt give the solution, because they did on last weeks one where the answer was 7.89, admittedly it was displayed for about 2 secs.

They are all adding the numbers, when the question says count them.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,316 ✭✭✭✭amacachi

She's saying "the sum of the even numbers" though.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 319 ✭✭Land Of Idiots

They are all adding the numbers, when the question says count them.

But she keeps saying the sum and add. It's very confusing!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,811 ✭✭✭✭billy the squid

Yeah, she is saying the sum while the caption says count the numbers.

I recon the answer is 18

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,811 ✭✭✭✭billy the squid

Answer was 178, someone provide proof they didn't pull that one out of their arse.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 319 ✭✭Land Of Idiots

    Think this one's D3
