I generally find that Swedish, Swiss, Polish, English, Welsh, Scottish, American, Canadian, South African, Australian and Kiwi people are generally friendly enough.
The Spanish, Italian, French and German lot piss me off, because more often than not they're rude and unfriendly.
Everyone else I can take the or leave them.
