I wonder if the fella believed it was actually funny, or original. Not offended by it in any way however.

Ah sure it wouldn't be a results thread without a few of those. Still shat myself when i saw it though :pac:

    Always read the fine print!!

    (But even still... Blääh!)

I'm going to get an ice cream, hope they'll be up when I'm back - could use the sugar to get me over the shock of how many I will have to repeat :pac:

I have a friend in trinity and she got her results online last friday. Maybe its not everyone who get them:confused:

well even that would be later than us if you consider when their exams ended... I'm not sure if they have it at different times for different faculties, just know my friend (in engineering) is having a party tomorrow night after his results...

Nope, DCU mail is working fine for me.

When do we find out the exact dates for the repeats, ie the timetable, beyond "15th - 29th of August", I'm in the middle of INTRA and have to fly home for [hopefully just] one exam so far, won't be able to book/tell my boss for a while.

    Damn irritating.

I meant how hard would it be to travel two hours in a time machine, compared to many years, as the classic sci fi would have it...

To travel two hours in time in the usual fashion is agony tho.

The institute to which he applied?

The institute to which he applied?

If demand is low for the course then I don't see why he wouldn't
have a better chance of getting in with a 2.2.
