Quite disappointed in myself, even though I knew I didn't have a great week. It's made me all the more determined though. I'm going to take it a lot more seriously this week and definitely have to do some exercise. It's going to be hard with the BH weekend, but I can't be up 2 weeks in a row!

 but this time around I got serious. I had been carrying a bit of weight around anyway but suddenly put on an extra stone that I did not need!! I'm only 5ft, with a small frame, so extra weight really shows
