 Absolutely wrecked afterwards. The pull ups were proper dead hang ones. I need to learn to "kip". I guess that would have knocked a bit off the time. I'm assuming kipping is easier than dead hang. Maybe I'm wrong. I have to admit that a lot of my pull ups on Fran were not full range of motion. Maybe 60 to 70% were.
