    speaking of price of beer coming down, i just went to tesco where there was a sign for 2 packs of cobra beer for 10euro, they charged me 7.49 per pack and by tesco rules they had to give them to me for free - woohoo.

    speaking of price of beer coming down, i just went to tesco where there was a sign for 2 packs of cobra beer for 10euro, they charged me 7.49 per pack and by tesco rules they had to give them to me for free - woohoo.

    I though that only worked if the price was higher on the till, feck must check my Tesco receipts a bit closed next time....

    but it was higher the till, I just failed to inform the nice checkout boy and instead waited til I'd paid and went to the customer service desk for my refund!

    nah the rules are that if they charge you a higher price at the tils than that stated on the shelf they will give you a full refund on the entire price you paid, so you get the item free,
