    Yeah it's not actually my dog. I'm on pet swap.
    I'm from Barbados.
    I'm too busy studenting. etc.

    No dog licence. Court appearance and a hefty fine.

    All cats are unwanted as far as I'm concerned. If I didn't have such a strong objection to hurting animals, even cats, a swift boot up the hole is what I'd use to keep them out.

    The one that didnt work was infrared, it works from a line of sight dongle on the collar. The one in the example I gave is RFID microchip, the sensor will only pick up when the chipped cat is at the flap. :p

    The only way that this would fail would be if someone wrapped tinfoil around the cat. :pac:

    You obviously didn't read the thread properly. The problem is that the two cats pal around with each other and so the unwanted cat can just 'piggyback' on the other cat when it legitimately activates the flap.

    It's not that the flap failed to open. It's that it allowed an unwanted cat in.

    Still it's nice to see you recommending RFID for once.

    Because the govenemtn can't make money out of cat licenses. Imagine it.

    Inspector: Do you have a licence for your cat?
    Owner: Eh... what cat?

    Most old ones have cats, some have heaps of them. If the Government was to impose a cat license it would be some way of recouping their medical card fees. :D

    Rats are better than cats imo. Cats are independent ungrateful ****s who would sell their owner for an extra 15 minutes in bed a day. Kittens are cute to look at but then you know Hitler was probably a beautiful baby too.

    Dogs are stoopid muthas. I love cats, they're great.

    I am of the opinion that dog lovers share something in common with the object of their affections: lack of general IQ. Dog licences aren't for dogs, they're for the people who are stoopid enough to want to own one. FACT.
