Don't you just hate it....

..when Blizzard accuses you of trading in-game WoW gold for real money, suspends your account for 3 days, you find all your characters stripped of gold/items/guild membership & then Blizzard refuses to help because:
(a) I must have given my account details to someone.
(b) I'm faking being the victim of an account hack for some nefarious purpose.
(c) My machine is infected with a trojan/key logger.

I just ran multiple virus/trojan scanners and came back 100% clean (not so much as a tracking cookie). I'm not stupid enough to give my account details to anyone, and I can't even see the reason to fake an account hack.

I get the feeling that Blizzard are never going to help me because it would mean that they would have to admit that there is security flaw in their website/game that comprimises account details, or that someone on their staff is responsible.

I hate MMORGP support. Such a paranoid, unhelpful bunch of amadan's.

OK, now I'm really pissed. Was going to HRTA tomorrow for the first time in weeks, but just got a phone call and have had to change that. Stupid $%^$%$ job.

I know the feeling, it's not just with MMORPG's though. I got kicked from a site for apparent account sharing when I logged on at my friends house and she left a couple of messages for friends without remembering to log out of my account.
Admin didn't spot this but a couple of people with a vendetta against myself and my friend (it's all rather clandestine isn't it?) used it and threw a hissy fit to the admin.
When I contacted them to explain what happened, they essentially told me to smeg off. Nice people.

It's getting to the stage online now that you have to actually plead with people to give them your money.

Money basically, same reason I haven't been skirmishing anywhere else for the last few weeks, nor will I anywhere else for another couple of months. Unexpected bills are a pain to work around. Until they're gotten rid of, there's naff all I can do.
