My YouTube works perfectly. I needed to run a different script as the one from the previous links didn't work. I'm sure you'll find one via google.

anybody else having the youtube problem seems some people seem to be having the same problem as me... It *could* be a blocking of the non-valid authorization keys in the PEM file but I doubt it: I can't work out how they'd work out which ones were valid and which ones were not. Whitelisting only AT&T-originated IPs (that arrive to the youtube connector through GPRS) might work but that'd screw the authentic AT&T GPRS roamers.

This can only be done on a unlocked well jailbreaked phone, I have the installer.app aka apptapp installed just just have that done to it, But ya it can be done.

Nice. Thanks Dan. Ordering my iPhone tomorrow hopefully. Was the phone you bought jailbreaked already? Suppose it was. Looks like some pretty cool apps you can get to run on it

Yup it was jailb.the installer app seems to be down at the moment but so is the website so should be ok

Anyone who has the phone thinking of getting a case for it or do you get one with it? I was thinking of getting a leather flip case. Not sure how much protection they give if the phone was bumped or dropped. Dont really want to spoil the look of the phone with a rubber case, any suggestions?

Hey all,

I'm very tempted to buy an unlocked iPhone from ebay.

I've got two questions:

1) I'm with Meteor bill pay. Will I lose out on any functionality because I'm with Meteor?

Not sure about the meteor question. Apple may decide to relock unlocked phones with the next firmware update. If you dont want to run the risk of it being locked, dont install the new update when it comes out. Im buying my phone next week and will not update it until the hackers find a way round the relock if it happens
