Don't be ashamed OP. I would gladly sleepwalk through half an hour of dross (rather than current affairs, art or news) for periodic glimpses of a half-decent rack.

My mate sent me a text once re: the mad weather girl on TG4 along the lines of Christ, when she turns sideways,Clare and Mayo are obscured. He is in his 30's.

Which says it all really.

on a related note, i have, unfortunately, put on weight of late.

oddly, i have gotten many compliments on good boobs lately.

any advice how to keep the fat on the boobs, but lose it on the belly?!

Man, do I hear ya! I take it you're apple-shaped like me. Great in the legs, ass (doesn't get too big) and cleavage departments, not so great in the stomach department.
Unfortunately you can't reduce fat in one spot and keep it in another. Fat reduction happens all over. So all I can say is, to keep them from deflating, wear a really good bra that holds them high - I find Arnotts by far the best (don't know whether you're in Dublin though. If you're in Cork, there's apparently an Arnotts opening, but I don't know when). If you can, go to yoga class and learn the exercise called refraction - fabulous for stomach-flattening. I suppose it actually is a form of spot-reducing exercise. But it will only work in tandem with all the other work you need to put in - diet etc. A lot of bloating is caused by fluid retention (part of the female condition unfortunately - but some women moreso than others. And I think probably apple-shaped women in particular). Reduce foods that cause fluid retention - caffeine and salt are major culprits.
