    A) Got into him via Ry Cooder... early days they were in the same band... name eludes me at present.

    I have seen him on Public Television in concert. I did not know he was in Ry Cooder's band! Ry has some VERY odd compilations but some are excellent! I used to know a Ry Cooder fanatic! But he didn't introduce me to Taj.
    The lead guitarist in the band I was in introduced me to Taj Mahol's music. As well as Tuck and Patti.

    Q. Ever hear Tuck & Patti's works? Excellent stuff!

    A) Steve Earl, Stevie Ray Vaughan (sadly missed...), John Prine... the list is endless really. I love Cool Jazz too... Davis, Parker etc. Ethnic and roots stuff too... Irish trad...

    Nope! I'll have to check him out and report back.
    I bought my computer second-hand. The Computer store thought they wiped the hard drive but I broke into the archives and found it belonged to a disc jockey. Over 4000 songs on it. Lots of classic blues as well.
    (Even found his social security number and address! I could steal his identity if I wanted to!:p )

    A) BB is up there... great memories of him playing in Dublin over the years!! Gigs got ruined though when Bono started turning up :(
