This is one of those things that’s incredibly hard to put into words because it’s so outside our normal experience and mine . What i was told is Earth sits on a much "lower density" or a lower vibrational frequency than where they come from.

So Nhi originate from both subspace and other worlds, meaning they aren't bound by the 3D rules [ things like needing to physically touch an object to move it, or being stopped by a solid wall isnt a problem.

Because they operate on that higher channel they can essentially phase in and out of our reality at will. To us, they would look like ghosts or shadows moving between our world, but from their perspective, they’re just navigating subspace reality that’s much more fluid than our own heavy, physical world.

We think of ourselves as being our skin and bones, they see the physical form as something they can just step away from [leave] when they need to operate on a different dimensional level

To come back on Iran, I called it years ago. Many people did. Trump is highly erratic so it's unsurprising, I guess MAGA were the only ones who believed his ticket of "isolationism". The woman i met was tall, striking figure, much taller than a average human woman with a lean, athletic build.

She has a very symmetrical, sharp face with high cheekbones and piercing large eyes. Her hair was a white blonde. Only seen her in a blue or white practical, military style suit.
