There's an idiot who lives near me who drives a 20 year old souped up Fiat Punto. Complete with ridiculous spoiler. It makes a horrendous noise with one of those fart pipes exhausts when the driver makes multiple short journeys over and back during the day.

I really hope it breaks down. It's a Fiat FFS.

Ordered boned and rolled chickens in supervalu nearly a month ago, they will be ready today. Made the trip into town including taking 20 minutes to get over the bridge, tobe told they are not ready, call in tomorrow.

The father’s Irish accent in Irish Blood. Do we really sound like that?

I once ordered a Blackforrest and paid for it it full.

Went to collect it and was told to call back later.

The cake was burnt on one side because it was like they took it out a freezer and tried to defrost it fast.

They then decorated when it was hot which caused the cream to go bad.

Having to do a big shop tomorrow. Actually dreading it. Hopefully it won't be too busy.

People who leave reviews absolutely slating an online recipe, that invariably go something like this:

    Recipe for Indonesian Peanut Chicken

"This was really, really awful, do not make! I can't understand all the 5-star reviews because this did not taste or look anything like I was expecting based on the recipe.

I don't like chilli, so I didn't put the red chillies in. Also, I don't like coconut milk, so I didn't use that either. My daughter is allergic to peanuts, so I left those out. And I didn't have any chicken so I substituted wet paper towels for that.

    Anyway, 0/5, do not recommend."

My local Sainsburys opens at 6am this week, I went in at 7am this morning thinking it would be grand and quiet. More fool me!

Same with my earphones, I put them away neatly but when I take them out they’re in knots. I’m convinced they tie themselves up in knots when they’re inside.

A 10 year old in my extended family goes to visit her dad every 2nd weekend in Scarliff. She now pronounces it correctly as Scariff but from years of hearing and calling it by the wrong name, most of us still call it Scarliff.

The name should have been a clue 😁

Why do I always get a bit weepy at those news features of people at the airport arriving home for Christmas?
