Get out of jail card yet again.

Simply not good enough, Bruno has been dog awful the past few games but yet again seen to be the hero here despite a terrible performance.

3 points were deserved but we need to be starting Sesko from now on

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,816 ✭✭✭DataDude

Vital 3 points and some decent stuff going forward but Sesko is already flashing bright red flop. He looks absolutely awful at just about everything.

Arsenal and Newcastle wanted him too. He can’t be this bad, surely?

Push in those glasses, that's a disaster waiting to happen!

Battered Burnley all game if we are being honest, absolutely battered them and we'll worth the 3 points. Now let's kick on from here

"Well, yeah, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man"

Burnley are favorites to get relegated and rated to be the worst team in the league. Our players are massively up for the match (no complacency) and throw everything at it, yet we only scrape a win with a VAR pen in injury time. And we're at OT. That's horrendous.

Let's hope he can get fully fit over the international break. Same goes for Zirkzee who also looked very rusty

Hope Cunha injury is not too bad. He’s such silky player. Zeeks looked off the pace.

Is Sesko not fit? He looks nervous and raw. Big threat in the air though.

    Well deserved 3 points.

We were by far the better team and some brilliant passages of play and unfortunately we just didn’t finish some of the best chances.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,297 ✭✭✭thefa

Going to stay positive. 3 points much needed and deserved factoring in the whole game. Mbeumo could turn into our best signing in quite a while. Brilliant work rate and intelligent runs. Many more goals will come for him. Sesko getting into good positions.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,555 ✭✭✭fergiesfolly

He's not. But once again United will pile all the pressure on a kid and expect him to play like a seasoned veteran in a disjointed team.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,417 ✭✭✭Korat

We all live in a team of Gary Breens, a team of Gary Breens, a team of Gary Breens.

    No disrespect to Gary Breen.

Mental fragility of the players is there for all to see. Scar tissue from the last number of years and it will be there until we can get that consistency of winning.

I'm still not quite sure how we only won that by a last minute pen. First half was better than any team in the league has played this season. We just need a bit of luck and a few goals to go in.

The injuries affected the shape and the press hence we lost a bit of control but the goals are a shambles. Just pay the money for a new keeper now cause whatever about Onana, Bayinder is not the answer.

Casemiro has been very good for half an hour of every game he's played so far but he just runs out of battery quickly. Praying we pull something out of the bag and get someone else in midfield tomorrow.
