    Just to clarify on my earlier post, I am not accusing Henry or the Kilkenny back room staff of anything we are clearly not in the full know but I have no reason to doubt Henry’s words in his interview or else why would he say what he said.

    I doubt if any player with the compact nature of the inter county season now is playing without a niggle come semi final or final day and that is totally fine/understandable.

    Based on Henry’s interview Mullen had a serious injury and was unable to train during the inter county season which will lead him to miss the majority of the club season with Shamrocks; therefore when you look at Mullen’s performance on semi final day I cannot fathom how he was left on for so long as talented as he is. We are not good enough at the moment to be carrying passengers.
