    Anyone else do an eye roll in the first half when Clare had a great shot and deflected by a Cork player out over the line and right in front of the umpire, he waves a wide! Right in front of him! At least, the ref over turned it for a 65. It reminded me of last year and our "goal" against Tipp.

    Never seen Cork play as poorly as that so far but we are trying out new players and don't need to win. Though I would expect more. Galway need to win and it shows

    Cork did better in the 2nd half but were too far behind at half time. Amy O'Connor is just back from injury and she ended up with 4 points.

    League final is in 2 weeks time. Cork v Galway in Thurles. I think it will be a different game entirely !!

    It has the makings for a cracking occasion down the Pairc this Sunday. Cork and Tipp in a national final whilst the all Ireland is the main goal, a first national medal for the players at senior level certainly wouldn't be anything to be sniffed at either.

    We have that trip to Ennis to play Clare in the championship two weeks later. I know that winning the league didn't do Waterford much good three years ago, but it didn't stop Kilkenny under Cody, Limerick in recent years and Clare last year from going on to win the all Ireland.

    That Limerick game down the Pairc last summer was the moment the tide turned for this team. The buzz is back in Cork hurling again!
