    I guess consistency throughout the whole competition saw Dan through in the end.

    A fantastic final though.

    They were ash so close. I actually thought George had it. His plates looked fantastic and I thought Dan might have had the taste but not quite the same presentation. I’d have been happy with any of the three winning. Only one minor criticism for Chiara is as close as you could get to a mistake. In the end I think George and Chiara will soar based on their making the final. For Dan I think it’s the boost he needed so I’m delighted for him.
