Conor Brady also broke into the team in that 2019 season and has managed to retain his place in the county setup for the years since, despite being very injury prone.

Graham even brought him on in the 2020 semi final despite the fact that he hadn’t featured at all in that campaign.

McVeety made his debut in 2013 and really matured into a stand out player in 2018. Others like Niall Murray have taken longer. Give these young Gowna lads a chance before labelling them.

Was that Martin Tynan who got a few belts at the end of the Gowna v Ramor game? Cole had a great game for Ramor. Always showing and great link player. Mannion big impact off the bench. Some talk that Sean McEvoy will be back for final.

Yes he seems to have ran on and had an altercation with Dermot McCabe. Bit of talking between them and then it got physical and the Gowna lads weighed in.

Gowna kicked that match away. Some very poor shooting. I didn’t see a Ramor win coming.

Séamus McCabe had to be stopped from going to the ref too. Not sure what that was about, ref wasn't the cause of them being poor this year. Lot went on at the final whistle tbf, a few players might get looked at. Was it Tynan who ran on and was hit to the ground?

I'll have a rewatch on Cavstream later (not the full game, I'm not a masochist) but it looked in real time like a "supporter" went on the field to get into McCabe's face. In fairness, he didn't react. Regardless of what has happened no supporter has any business going over to the opposition management or players like that.

I'm not going "won't someone think of the children" ala Helen Lovejoy but jesus wept it was embarrassing.

It was probaly the best Oisin Pierson played in a few years. He kicked a few good scores in the first half, and was always a threat,though had a costly miss towards the end. Conor Brady is constantly getting injured.

Refereeing standard has been poor. But poor to both. I thought Ramor were hard done a few times as well. I don't think either side has cause for complaint as it evened out. Gowna need to watch that, and the sideline too which this all seemed to stem from. Seemed a lot of frustration for this year boiled over as they just haven't looked like themselves all year. That's no excuse for how some acted though and need to look at themselves there

He’s done well to get seen that quickly and to have had an X-ray by now. Last time a player I know went to A&E there was an 8 hour delay just to be seen.

They've been narky all year, a stronger ref would have put more manners on them against the Gaels. And it's a shame, as you said when they are in full flight they are a superb team to watch. Most of them are young and should learn, but it was ill discipline that cost them against Glenties last year. Oisin Pierson is a very good player but spends so much time in totally meaningless nonsense that gets him into touble, and that's just one example.

I agree, both referees were poor today, especially in the senior game but I thought there was a clear penalty for Arva in the intermediate game.

He done well on the Gowna score which was given by the umpires ,but overturned as wide. A bit of communication. There is incidents off the ball but a referee can't see everything. Linesmen and umpires are there too

Been a great impact sub during the championship run.

Seen the video and I also think a member of the Gowna management needs the book thrown at him.

It’s easy for people here to throw stones behind aliases. Sometimes a rush of blood to the head can result in scenes like today.

The bottom line is supporters shouldn’t be going onto the pitch, particularly to the opposition after a game, and more importantly supporters who have history with the person they approached.

I’m no big fan of McCabe but he tries to walk away in the video I’ve seen and the individual then proceeds to shoulder him after following him.
