ITV 3 HD Frequency change

It was posted last night in the terrestrial forum.

Next change likely to be UTV, ITV 4 and ITV Be, new frequency live for a few weeks now without programme data.

France 24 appears to be moving too at some point, duplicate has appeared on new frequency

sorry to bump thread but I came here looking for help

last night my freesat box 4K lots all for ITV HD channel but the regular itv and +1 are working along with my other channels also how do I fix this thank you.

I did a channel rescan itv hd channels won’t show up

What ITV HD region did you loose?

Haven't seen an issue like that previously, have you tried a NI postcode like BT2 8HQ?

That freesat box is designed to update any channel changes automatically ie no need to do anything once set up. When you lost ITV you lost the signal and that can be a variety of causes, dish moved, lnb faulty, loose cable at rear of box and so on. That 4k box can work on 2 types of LNB a wideband and a universal. If you know your way around you should find the bit that says what type you have and then check to see what signal if any you are getting.

Putting in a different postcode is a waste of time. Is it the recordable freesat box? And does it have a model number.

Looks like a Freesat issue. I see ITV are shuffling some channels around transponders at the moment.

I wonder if Freesat hasn't caught up with the changes yet.

I checked every Channel and all I’m missing is ITV 1,2,3,4 HD and ITV BE HD all stopped working since Monday :(

so what do I do now as I rang my tv shop and the man said there is nothing wrong with my satellite and that itv moved signals or something etc

in my notes this is what I have

Freesat UHD-4X 2TB
wideband LNB satellite dish

I tried a scan of that transponder on my FTA box and couldn't get ITV3 HD; however when I did a blind (complete) scan on the box I found the ITV bouquet appeared at 11345H 27500. Perhaps try that?

No problems with either of my Freesat TVs, ITV3HD working fine on both.

freesat 4K box doesn’t give me any options add channels myself etc only channel scan and that mhz search thing I mentioned above

Then I have options to press userband 1 - 32

the mhz is nothing sadly it says

manual username entry allows customers with access to a shared satellite to allocate there own userbands.

All I can do is channel Channel I’ve been doing it all morning and I still get every channel except itv

Google said itv moved frequency etc yet freesat didn’t update nearly 3 days later :(

They look like Unicable/dSCR bands, if you're using a satellite dish (as opposed to a distribution system of some sort) then it looks like your tuner configuration is incorrect.
