    Thanks, I was able to subscribe using a Curve card. Revolut Visa and Revolut Mastercard were rejected. €7.32 for the most expensive plan.

    I pay 649rp for premium hd which has just gone on to my card as €7.47

    Out of curiosity, what card did you use? I wasn't able to subscribe using Revolut cards.

    Sure

    Using Macbook. Connected to Windscribe VPN in Turkey

    Used Chrome Incognito. Signed into my Netflix account and went to sign up again.

    Entered my Curve card details. I was then asked for a Turkish phone number for Netflix to send vefiication code via SMS

    Created account https://sms-activate.org/en. Topped it up by 1$.

    Go to Activations on https://sms-activate.org/en - select Netflix as service and Turkey as country. Add to cart and buy.

    Enter the number given to you on Netflix and then you should see the verification code appear on https://sms-activate.org/en

    Yeah the number isn't associated with the account it's just to verify you have a Turkish number.

    @Roberto_gas If you click on the profile icon at the top of the page you should see the currency symbol. Click on that and it should bring you into a payment page. If you click on the card option, you pay via Stripe

    Coincidentally my renewal date was tomorrow.

    I've reactivated it. We'll see how long it lasts.

    I used Getflix VPN + Curve card + SMS Activate for number. If they block it again or crack down on password sharing in Turkey I'm done.

    I'd be inclined to go the gift card route as it's harder to clamp down on using genuine Turkish gift cards.

    Right, finally success.

    As suspected on Reddit, many of our accounts have been Geoblocked or shadowbanned.

    Solution:

    1) Create new email addy

    2) Use Vpn - India

    3) Sign up with VPN Active (gives option to skip mobile)

    4) Use N26 Mastercard (would not work for me with Revolut)

    5) Success


    Edit: Friend of mine, just tried this, but would not work with N26, but would work with Revolut. So....just try both and see what works?

    India is more expensive than Turkey i think, works out around 8 Euro I think.

    Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue

    Turgame is pissing around with the OTP, sends the code, enter and then shows invalid. Have tried 4 or 5 times now. Bought from G2A and logged in using VPN to original account and it refuses the code, created a new account and same thing, code refused. But of a pain but don't think I'm bothered trying much more 🙄

    Every 2-6 months account gets shadowbanned.

    Not sure they can do much more really. Seems its gone like Disney!

    Same as everyone else this morning. Got a good few years out of this so can't complain.


    When logging in now it just says welcome and offers me the 3 different priced euro options. So log in online no problem.

    When I use a VPN (and different browsers including incognito) it won't let me log in at all, says password error (password is absolutely correct).


    When using vpn, and trying to sign up as a new account, just won't let me at all, no matter what country I select or what email address I try, just says there is a problem try later etc...

    I'm not overly tech savy, but seems they have some vpn checking in place?

    new development. My netflix account got cancelled today.

    Ive been using turkish netflix for better part of 4 years with revolut FX. LAtest monthly payment came out on the 21st feb as normal. I can renew but only with an irish account. How do I know this? I got on chat with support guy.

    Gist of the conversation was account was cancelled for unusual activity, ie, paying in one country but watching in another. I can renew but must use a payment method and it should be for the country that I mainly watch netflix in. He said you must do this if youre watching it from a different country for a continuous 30 days, (different then that currency that you pay in)

    I have a continuous VPN on (to UK mostly) on some of the devices.

    Has anyone else faced this issue? If I find a way to sign up to another country again will a VPN to that country on devices work I wonder.

    I have a premium subscription in Mexico for years as they were cheap back then. Right now they aren't and the likes of Egypt, Pakistan and Bolivia are way cheaper.

    To change country I need to cancel my account and reopen it under the new country (using VPN). My library and all my history of viewing is saved for 10 months.

    Am I correct in saying that the content of my netflix will always be the one of the country I am logged in (based on the IP address) as opposed to the billing country?

    Any downside in creating an account in the countries I mentioned above (Egypt, Pakistan and Bolivia)?

    Disney isnt gone, I reactivated mine the day they cancelled it and it has been working fine since.

    I signed up for a new account in Turkey with a new e mail address and used a G2A card,I got to the verification by SMS screen, started googling for SMS services and reading this thread and couldn't find any where with a Turkish number so lost heart went back to Netflix just clicked the Netflix logo to go to the home page ( i think) anyway it's working for now.

    Urgh, like everyone else, finally booted out of Turkey today.

    I would just let it cancel, but it's very useful for my 4yr old.

    Back to paying €15 per month

    Ive tried 3 different countries now and they just will not let me sign up a new account on a vpn. wont even take a new email let alone enter any payment details.

    Damn you Netflix and your evolving technologies.

    Good ride while it lasted. Ive had full premium for 4 years I think, good few quid saved. Ill keep trying for a bit because I LOVE netflix games on my phone
