I think Dua has a film and album coming out and now Barbie too, she is big enough imho to headline, she might get a Ken to guest spot with her

    2021...live audiences dodged a bullet!

    2016 otherwise.

It was 2011 I think they last played, didn't they do Oxegen after with Christy Moore guesting.

Edit: Got that wrong it was 2016 they last played it.

If you want to get into it, you got to get out of it. (Hawkwind 1982)

Kate Bush showing up would be an enormous big deal ....before her Apollo shows in 2014 (which caused a frenzy) she hasn't played live for 35 years and hasn't since. Such an elusive and treasured artist across so many generations now especially in the UK would be live primetime BBC 1 10.00pm no question.

The legends slot is as cool and more relaxed as it is just wouldn't do the occassion justice.

Sadly it's still a massive long shot.

Legends slot the best they could afford for Kate Bush would be an insult tbh.

Yeah, Kate Bush is headline or nothing. Can't see it happening though.

Went to all 3 Pyramid headliners this year, well 4/5 Elton John songs before heading across to QotSA. Couldn't name a Dua Lipa song, or Rihanna tbh so would have no interest. Madonna, I'd definitely have a look. Coldplay would put on a good show. If they were to book Suede as Park stage / Other headliners, that would be an amazing start!

Hi MadYaker... 1st Glastonbury, hopefully not the last! Best 5 days we've ever had

Personally love to see Oasis reform for the 30 years anniversary of the truly amazing Definitely Maybe and at 3/1 in the bookies maybe a miracle will happen.

If they don’t then we’re looking at Coldplay I’d say or outsiders Blur.

Other 2 looking is apparently women but haven’t a clue on that one guys/gaisz

I think their respective solo careers are going to well for them to be interested in doing it. Liam has recruited a whole new generation of fans, he's probably bigger now than Oasis were when it all ended.

They were dogrough in 2004. Left for the Chems as soon as Noel introduced "Little By Little" as their best song.

Just a reminder in case anyone missed the email but if your registration is older than 2020 you need to log in and confirm the details of your registration or it will be automatically deleted before the sale.

Not as significant a price hike as last year at least.. though chunky deposit bump.

    True, but it's £15 - £20 most years.

Last year had a whopping £50 increase.

£300 increase since my first year, although admitedly most of the increase has happened more recently.

Going to go in for tickets for the first time in November, probably won't get them but will give it a try. It mentions on the site that only UK debit cards are accepted - if not a UK card it must be a credit card. Anyone here able to confirm or deny that an Irish debit card won't work?

Coldplay will be brilliant as they always are but Madonna could be an absolute disaster imho.

Not familiar with the other headliner tbh

Don't know what Madge's voice is like these days but the last few "legacy" acts just didn't have the vocal chops anymore. Axl, Diana Ross. Cat Stevens still had it though. I know it's not exactly fair expecting Axl Rose to be able to hit the notes he once did and Madonna's songs wouldn't be as stressful but still.

I mean it's most likely going to be her (Sunday headline I'd say) but I don't know if I'd be interested apart from curiosity. Mind you I would have lost my shirt betting on Taylor Swift being there

Going to throw my hat in the ring this year.. just myself and my gf going.. any merit in trying to find 4 strangers online who are also interested in heading to up chances of success? Has anyone done this before?

First time trying for tickets this year - no joy in the coach sale tonight. A fairly deflating experience, none of our group got past the holding page which is not giving us confidence for Sunday. Many from here trying to get tickets Sunday? Any tips appreciated! Baffled as to how people can go year after year when it seems like such a lottery.

Same as you, gang of 5 us tried but couldn't get past the 20 second timeloop holding page. Hoping for better luck Sunday...

It's not as good as it used to be, etc.

I have been given sole responsibility to get two tickets as the other is on a plane. It is not fair.

This could be one of the finest weeks of my life. I need help if you have two to spare. This is what Boards does best. 🙏

    P.S I’ll bring the entertainment. 😝
