if you are overweight I’d suggest tracking your calories with the “ Harris Benedict equation”. Try to reduce 15% (roughly 500 cals) deficit from maintenance and eat a high amount of protein with each meal.

Hitting steps like 10k every day on top of the exercise regime for AGS prep should get you there.

Try to stay active and get in high intensity training workouts at least x 2 per week.

monitor weight per week and recalculate deficit every month.

How’s things do u know can u defer if they ring you untill the next intake ? Or do u have to go when they ring I have done everything just waiting to meet local superintendent and after that waiting to start, just want to know about defer?

After you book your interview slot you’ll get a message telling you to submit it. The message title is “stage 3 important information”

Stop taking the calls or claim overtime for them. If no one answered the damn thing, maybe the assholes that assume we are also married to the job, might stop calling

What is the number of push ups and sit ups we have to do for the Physical? I know the video on YouTube says it , but I keep hearing its been reduced. Anyone that done the physical recently know if that's true or still the same
