As an update, contacted them through Ebay twice. No response so got ebay involved who have said i am getting a refund.

Hairdryer now 299 though. But i have a vacuum cleaner hidden in the garage....could be a win yet.

Just ordered the airwrap on the outlet for herself's birthday for €440. I've been waiting a few weeks but I was afraid I'd miss the 100 outlet deal so just pulled the trigger. I was hoping for one of the 25% off damaged box deals but no such luck.

449 with 9 cashback straight away on revolut so basically 109 off the store price (still crazy money IMO). This thing would want to have magical powers.

Anyone manage to contact these clowns on the phone when working through these issues of missing orders? I'm missing a 450 euro vacuum order that dispatched on the 17th their chat are beyond useless. If orders are shipping from Rathcoole I'm 6 miles down the road from their warehouse. Looks like if you don't get your order with 2-3 days your screwed

@Snake Plisken can just open a dispute with eBay and tell them you are reordering item that is if the price is still the same and you will be issued a refund. I ordered a v15 this morning and have dispatch this afternoon. Edit I had an issue with an order i placed last year rang Dyson Ireland who looked for an order number but wouldn’t accept the eBay order number and didn’t have a phone number to contact the outlet direct. Any good in ring the repair place in rathcoole

So apparently they couldn't find what happened to the order so they have raised a new order for it but again they cannot tell me when it will ship or if it shipped. Nor sure if they are messing me about or not but will give them the benefit of the doubt.

worse case scenario is it is in a brown box rather than a full colour box. Aside from that, no difference with the over-priced "new" item.

In many case they say refurbished, but its a brand new item. I got the air style for herself and it looks like excess stock from Dubai as that was the main text with english as the secondary test on the instructions. But it as brand new and herself very happy

I ordered on 21/04/23 but still no sign of item. Status us showing as dispatched the last few days but tracking number is not providing any tracking details. Delivery date was marked for 01/05/23 but obviously this has passed now, I messaged Dyson yesterday but no response.

Anyone had similar issues buying from Dyson on ebay?

Yes I did with my Dyson Advantage had to keep messaging them via ebay and eventually they admitted they couldn't find the dispatch on their side and resent it and I got it the next day. But you really do need to pester them

Yes I’ve had an identical issue - it hadn’t moved to “dispatched” a week after ordering, sent a couple of messages over the week and another yesterday. Suddenly changed to “dispatched” about 25 mins after yesterday’s message…

Similarly to yourself though the tracking number I’ve been given doesn’t seem to apply to anything? 🤨

Still coming up as 239.99 for me on the outlet page? I’m also beginning to second guess my purchase - I didn’t realise this was a refurbished model, presumed it was a new one in a damaged box like at Christmas but realise that’s not the case. I’m sure it’ll be fine but it’s for a gift so would probably rather a pristine model come to think of it…
