Are they the ones in the small square box? I ask because I seen these years ago and they were marketed as 223 when in fact they were 5.56 (had both on the box)

This should give anyone cause for concern as 5.56 are not really 223 suitable.

In that case I'd heed @otmmyboy2 advice and avoid like the plague .

I ran then in my SA 223 even though Remington wouldn't give me a straight answer as to whether the rifle was 5.56 suitable and had no trouble with the rounds but they were dirt. Poor accuracy, misfires, hard extractions ( brass never went consistently to one spot when ejected which shows a huge variance in loads) and for me the shells were useless as they could not be used for anything else.

They wouldn't chamber in either of my bolt action 223's so other than over pressure there was a head space or seating depth issue which I knew well enough was the first warning sign to dump them.

If you want a dirt cheap, inaccurate round then look towards Wolf ammo, but again this is a 3" group at 100 yards type of ammo. I used this for bullseye comps as it was as accurate as I needed while shooting at a max of 50 yards.

GGG is good to go.

Not the most accurate but on par with American Eagle 223 55gr FMJ, perfectly usable and with the right rifle quite accurate.

No loading inconsistency issues either, leaves brass in a neat pile with little deviation.

Only problem with GGG is getting it here as ammo has to be shipped Hazmat between countries in the EU, which drives up the cost something awful.

But if you can get it here it is decent ammo for relatively cheap(obviously this being heavily dependent on the overall cost including shipping).
