I think Paul Ricard might produce a much better race than it has previously as the new cars will be able to follow more closely which should allow for some back and forth. The predicted extreme heat might throw up some surprises too in terms of both reliability and tyre wear. Going to be a very tough day at the office for the drivers if it's as hot as expected.

Team Updates for this weekend , This is probably the best track and conditions some of the team have had for this

Saw the images of the Merc new nose , Maybe they are only using it to test and not the race . Not sure if they have disclose that or not.

Also Sainz is taking a Grid Penalty (10 places I think ) for Control Electronics., Wouldn't surprise me if its start at the back before Sunday and takes an Engine as well

Verstappen hit 340Kmh on the straight, insane, but seem to lose their gains in sector 3.

That track is in a beautiful location.

Can't see LeClerc winning tomorrow. RB have their choice of strategy, and probably the better car over the race if the comments on the tyre degradation are anything to go by.

2nd for LeClerc and to top 5 for Sainz would be an achievement. Hopefully we get a good race.
