    Hi All

wanted to get opinions on a change to gym routine

currently I can only go 3 days per week for one hour doing a standard 3 day split. Day 1 legs, day 2 biceps and back, 3 chest, triceps and shoulders

thinking of changing to total body compound exercises only in the squat rack for all three days; squats, rdl, b press, s press, row etc

any thoughts on what may be missing from new method? Anything supplemental needed in addition?

cardio done separately on three days

You would be better off on a Upper / lower split with mostly compound movements. A day dedicated to back and biceps is abit of a waste tbh.
