Covid-19 vaccination account Sign-in Issue

    When I navigate to the HSE Covid-19 vaccination account sign-in page I'm greeted with a static page inviting me to sign-in but there are no sign-in boxes, it's just a static page with no log-in options.

    It's the account I used to originally register for the vaccine and was always able to sign-in and check my vaccine status.

    The address I'm using is

    Has something changed?
