Covid-19 vaccination account Sign-in Issue

When I navigate to the HSE Covid-19 vaccination account sign-in page I'm greeted with a static page inviting me to sign-in but there are no sign-in boxes, it's just a static page with no log-in options.

It's the account I used to originally register for the vaccine and was always able to sign-in and check my vaccine status.

The address I'm using is

Has something changed?

That url you posted has vaccine2 in the address but the original I posted had vaccine3 in it.

The one with vaccine 2 works. Thanks.

The url with vaccine3 in the address returns this for me.

But the url with vaccine2 returns the correct login page after diverting to the vaccine3 url. Strange!

I have tried resetting my password, but the link the site sends me just goes back to the password reset screen, so effectively it just sends me around in circles.

Has anyone else experienced this?
