Yes I am struggling with this as well - more difficult than the others cause everything is interlinked and seems so difficult to cut :(

Would anyone have an up to date tort exam grid?

Yes, it comes as a part of a note question which is part of an exam. If you want to focus only on the problem questions or essays, it would be risky but it's only my opinion. Other than that note questions are well marked.

Sorry I read again the context of our conversation and in my opinion it's good to have non-charitable purpose trust because you will understand this topic better. Not sure but it might be a part of a problem question, if not, it can be a part of a note question. One way or the other at the end of the day the decision is yours.

Hi everyone, I am sitting EU and property in October, I was just wondering if anyone has an up to date Exam grid for either, or both, of the subjects. It’s my first time sitting the FE1s and I am still in final year so any pointers are appreciated!

    Thank you :)

I have a list of the main cases he spoke about (in very plain English) that I can send on if it's any use to you!

For anyone who just wants an overview, the cases I took from it were:

    • Ivana Backik v An Taoiseach
    • B v Oberstown
    • Gorry v Minister for Justice and Equality
    • O'Shea v Legal Aid Board
    • Friend of the Environment v Gov of Ireland (He spoke at length about this and it didn't really show up last sitting)
    • MC v Clinical Director of CMH
    • Udaras Uchtala na hEireann
    • Ryan v Governor of Mountjoy Prison

    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any predictions/thoughts as to what might come up for Contract, EU or Equity ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30 fe1time

Hey everyone, I'm sitting the equity paper this sitting and was wondering whether it's better to study rectification only in terms of unilateral mistake and basically learn off the essay or to study it fully for a problem question

    Hi all,

just wondering can anyone help me out. I traded manuals here before with someone and got EU and property, although they say 2019 on front cover from city college, I have a feeling their older 2010-2012.

Anyone that has up to date law manuals for EU and property that wants to trade can you email me at

    kayrobbie81@gmail. com

I have all the other manuals as these are my last too exams.

Thanks and best of luck everyone in October!

    Robbie.
