Yes, it comes as a part of a note question which is part of an exam. If you want to focus only on the problem questions or essays, it would be risky but it's only my opinion. Other than that note questions are well marked.

Sorry I read again the context of our conversation and in my opinion it's good to have non-charitable purpose trust because you will understand this topic better. Not sure but it might be a part of a problem question, if not, it can be a part of a note question. One way or the other at the end of the day the decision is yours.

Hi all I have exam materials available for anyone wanting to save time preparing notes. Law School course materials for Constitutional, Contract, Tort, Company and EU.

Passed all first time and finished up in March so I have 2020-2021 exam papers/reports/grids and my typed up notes available. €25 per subject DM if interested

For anyone who just wants an overview, the cases I took from it were:
