Yes, it comes as a part of a note question which is part of an exam. If you want to focus only on the problem questions or essays, it would be risky but it's only my opinion. Other than that note questions are well marked.
Sorry I read again the context of our conversation and in my opinion it's good to have non-charitable purpose trust because you will understand this topic better. Not sure but it might be a part of a problem question, if not, it can be a part of a note question. One way or the other at the end of the day the decision is yours.

Hey everyone, I'm sitting the equity paper this sitting and was wondering whether it's better to study rectification only in terms of unilateral mistake and basically learn off the essay or to study it fully for a problem question
just wondering can anyone help me out. I traded manuals here before with someone and got EU and property, although they say 2019 on front cover from city college, I have a feeling their older 2010-2012.
