Was going to bank but might do Jota to Benrahma. He is carrying good preseason form into the league, has good fixtures, should be nailed and saves 1.5 mill for Kane/Lukaku in a few weeks.

I would like to bank this week but Buendia to Sarr is the one that tempts me. I was feeling quite set on it after watching the game yesterday, but having seen Newcastle ship 4 and Brighton’s only goal conceded being an absolute scandalous refereeing decision, I’m feeling like I can wait a week to increase the amount of information available to make my decision with.

Thinking Mahrez to Torres. Huge doubts over Mahrez starting v Norwich, he had a shocker today.

I'd like to bring a City player in but no idea who so I might just bank. Torres might not be bad as a punt if you knew he'd play next week.

Reckon I need shot of Bertrand. I imagine COVID will sideline him for a few weeks.

Just found out that Targett was taken off at half time due to playing so bad so might switch him out for Eric Dier. Spurs defense seemed solid today so I would likely try play Dier next week in hope of some clean sheet points. He may be dropped for their new signing but having the .5mill would be handy to upgrade elsewhere and I am likely to play an early wildcard and could sort out replacing Dier if that becomes an issue then.

I put him in my team instead of Sancho in my final draft, His overall ownership was just too high to risk not having him from the start. Bite the bullet and get him in !

If you want some convincing: Bruno had never scored a hattrick before this week. His Xg was 0.74. The first goal squeezed through Meslier somehow despite being hit straight at him, the second goal was an inch away from being cleared off the line, the third goal looked offside and must have been within an inch or two of being called as such. Another day he would have a single figure return, just one of those days that everything went in for him. Greenwood was your pick over Bruno (and probably a lot don't have both as it would arguably have been seen as an overinvestment in United attack), and he looked more dangerous in the first half than Bruno.

If you bring in Bruno, will you captain him ahead of Salah at home to Burnley? If not it's hard to justify the hit, and imo Salah is still probably the better captaincy option next week, especially with hime advantage.

Bruno looked really good GW1 and I won't be lying that I'll be watching the Soton match behind the couch, but I do think the 20pt outcome in GW1 was something of a freak result. You have Son and Greenwood, who combined did a lot to cover Bruno's haul. I think there was a logic for those of us who went without Bruno in GW1 and you should stick to that logic - our outcomes weren't necessarily bad either as the funds were used elsewhere (a friend of mine got 103 with a Bruno-less team, I got 108 albeit with a BB used). Another day he wouldn't have punished us so bad. I'll be rolling the transfer this week and hoping that Greenwood likely playing as striker can match him, or at least not be outscored by more than 4 pts. Then will reassess with 2FTs next week, likely a -4 to move around funds and make 3 changes.

In the same boat with Bruno. Going to bank the transfer and look at -4 hit to work him in for GW3 if he scores big again in GW2. Could potentially ruin the season if he keeps scoring big. The price rise makes it even harder to squeeze him in though.

Don't have Benrahma or Antonio (Ings and greenwood/ESR instead). I think it would be knee jerky to get either in with Ings and Greenwood having good fixtures and having to take a hit if I want to do ESR to Ben.

So I'll try resist the temptation to take a hit and bank. Those two along with Son killed my rank yesterday :(
