That is a 1972/1973 Wolsey 1100/1300. It was a larger size Mini. Wolsey was an up-market marque of BMC. The 1100/1300 (a larger version of the Mini) was a very popular car in its day, with Hydrolastic suspension (water based) that linked the front wheels to the rear wheels on each side. This gave the car superb immunity to side winds, and quite good suspension overall. For such a small car, it gave four/five adults good accommodation with good leg room in the back - no drive shaft tunnel because it was FWD.

The Mini had rubber suspension initially (1959), but got the same as 1100 later.

I would think so, the TEs/TDs are at least as much as the coupes. Depending on condition of course.
