Sky saying there’s spots of rain at the moment and a 40% chance of rain for the race, but teams aren’t anticipating inters or wets.

Russell having a spot of bother again, saying the rear of the car is 100% not right.

Looks like they will have a look at it on the grid.

Russell on the radio after his lap to grid, "something definitely not right with the rear of the car"

Timo Werner on the grid. I just called you a Goalkeeper when you are clearly a striker.

Maybe she heard he stops balls hitting the back of the net :pac:

That conversation between Toto and Big Larry on the grid looked animated, would love to be a fly on the wall

How great is it to see the stands full again.

National anthem with drums and heavy guitar. Yes please.

    The Austrians are pretty mental

    Well that’s an anthem……

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,623 ✭✭✭✭skipper_G

Now that is a national anthem

    Best anthem this year.

    -. . ...- . .-. / --. --- -. -. .- / --. .. ...- . / -.-- --- ..- / ..- .--.

Just tuned in and caught the last few seconds of the anthem. Cringe.

I liked it. It was different to same boring old anthem.

Lando looks pretty calm, only wants to go one way he says.

The graphic said he is the only driver to score points in every race this season, that is a pretty impressive stat - hopefully it continues today.

Track Temperature is going up again as the clouds have broken. Lots of managing of tyres incoming

I have really warmed to Karun, Doing a decent grid walk too.

I must say I have too, and Di Resta - although mershaydes and meejum do my head in.

Karun is brilliant, for my money he's the best Sky have

Even if he does, can't see Max losing out

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,823 ✭✭✭✭ctrl-alt-delete

Lando and Max pointed towards one another

He's off, think his contract is for x number of races and he doesn't do the whole season.

Safety car stops us in our tracks, didn't even see what happened but it is Ocon who is gone

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,465 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Ocon out but not sure what he could have done.

Safety car for that? And out immediately, not like when Max was all over the start finish straight in Baku. Jesus do they just make the standards up as they go along or what. I miss Charlie Whiting
