We ain't great are we? No real improvement the past few years. A team like Cork should be least top 2 in Div2 not struggling to stay in it.

Why don't they sack Ronan mcCarthy and Cian o Neill. Enough of this nonsense.

Not won a Munster title since 2012 and I reckon its odds on we won't win one this decade.

If we meet Kerry they will maul us.

Kerry will destroy us this year. They won't get caught out again.

Tipp facing regulation battle in div 3. Cork couldn't beat Tipp last year in munster final. Cork are shocking bad.

Interesting team selection above. Lot of changes.

First appearances this year for Ger Millerick and Declan Dalton. Good to see them starting to see how they get on.

Kind of phony war before the real thing in the Championship!

The winners this week are the limerick PR company. I have never seen so much media coverage of how they are being treated differently by refs. They have done a great job of turning the spot light away from there constant fouling and put the spot light on the ref. I believe they do foul a lot. pulling a players arm has always been a free. I by no way think they are a dirty team but I do think their forwards foul opposition back coming out with the ball to slow the game and give their backs time to mark up.

Think Donal Og was spot on in his pre match analysis just now on RTE, saying how pulling has always been a free and how the game is almost turning into a rugby hybrid. I also agree with him that refs should be stricter with steps!

    Cork puck outs in trouble

Really annoyed that Limerick have fouled a few times and Dalton gives one flick and gets a yellow card. Conor Cahalane nearly had his head taken off getting a point. No cards for limerick (that I saw anyway)

Cork cant win any puckouts at all. They have got so many points already from our puckouts

Puckouts are poor. But there are plenty of opportunities for goals I think - if we can get the ball that far forward.

First free for Cork after 18 minutes.

This is awful stuff. We have gifted them around 10 points from our puckouts

Limerick wides saving our blushes. Cant win any ball around the middle.

If you were really positive you'd say it's better now rather than in 4 weeks.

Puckouts are a complete disaster. Cork seem unable to get away from their men, fairly poor stuff.

I would disagree with Duignan there. Yes Limerick well on top but they have fouled a good bit and got away with it

Cian Lynch is being given the freedom of Limerick tonight, atrocious amount of space being afforded to him.

I wouldn't be worried about losing but the puckouts are horrific and our marking is really bad. They seem to have extra men all over the place.

Yet another card for a Cork player.

It’s not even just the pick outs with the passing in open play being poor. Multiple passes over the end line and lobbed 50/50 hand passes. Limerick far more tenacious off the ball too.

Another lobbed pass that limerick just picked off...

How did jack O Connor miss the goal there?!!

Cynical foul. No action. This is a joke of a game.
